This Video License Agreement (the ?Agreement?) is made and effective today, BETWEEN: Yourself (the “Owner”), organized and existing under the laws of the your state, city, address AND: FLIXMAVEN (the “Licensee”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Los Angeles CA, with its head office located at: 640 N. Keystone St. WHEREAS, the Owner is the holder of the copyright to certain motion picture film footage identified herein and Licensee is the creator and owner of a certain site on the World Wide Web who wishes to use the Video of Owner on said Website. RECITALS Owner represents and warrants to the Licensee that it is the sole and exclusive owner of certain Video which are described in Exhibit ?A? attached hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to as the ?Video?). Owner represents and warrants that it has full Copyright ownership with respect to the Video and that the permission to exclude video from platform in writing 14 days before removal.
